Total disrespect and non existing service
I went to KFC Amanzimtoti Branch, Kwazulu Natal on Wednesday 24th July 2019 at 18H00 to purchase a meal for my family. I stood in front at the counter waiting to be served. Two black men was served and I was next in line. Once they have placed their order, they moved to one side awaiting their purchase. I stood there and waited and waited. It was absolute chaos in there. The woman were shouting at each other and laughing at pitched voices. Very hard music was blasting away as if it was a Disco for teenagers. I looked at this spectacle in total disgust. I wondered at that specific time what top management of KFC would do when they saw this. The teller at the time was having a loud and unacceptable conversation to another woman at the back of the kitchen. They were sharing jokes between them and totally ignored me as customer. A few times this teller slapped her hand on the counter mesmerized by whatever they found so funny. To cut a long story short, I stood there for 15 minutes and decided to never ever put my foot in that Franchise again. I walked over to Debonair s right next to this Kentucky and was received and treated like a customer would expect. I did my purchase of R 280-00 odd rand and enjoyed a good meal with my family. Clearly Kentucky has enough money and does not need the business. Good luck with their extremely rude staff. Another Franchise to take a dive and closing down and this has nothing to do with the current poor economy. Do not support this branch as there is no respect there.
