Total disappointment kfc shakaskraal

Disappointed in kfc shakaskraal as I had to wait in the drive thru and be told they can't serve me as they speed point machine is not working and had to come inside the store to place an order and still wait in line and when I get home, the chicken does not even look like kfc. It seems like old fried chicken that has been fried a number of times..never going to buy kfc in shakaskraal ever again..
