TOO MUCH OF OIL

<p>To whom it may concern. I would like to take this opportunity to complain about a few things. 1. The way and manner in which the chicken is prepared. In the past I am referring to like about more than 30 years ago KFC should taste finger licking good. But nowadays it is not the same. The chicken comes out too oily. I know in time things do change. But the taste and preparation of the chicken it not the same. Almost every week in the past I should purchase KFC. But sadly I regret to inform you that I will put a stop in buying the KFC in the future. 2. There are certain cashiers that at times do not give me my 10 cent change. They give me my change when I do ask and query about it. It might be small change but it all adds up. Every cent earned is earned in a hard way. 3. Going into KFC and ordering most of the time I had to wait for so long to be served in terms of customer service. I thought that the drive tru will be quicker but alas I was mistaken and wrong. 4. At times the order gets either mixed up or wrong. This needs to be investigated further. Have a great day further.</p> <p> </p>
