Too long

I have been too many KFC's that is much more busier than ours but the waiting time too receive our food takes too long! I waited almost 20 min for 5 krushers, 2 mash and gravies and 1 coleslaw!!! Its ridiculous. When I got my order they did not have the thick straws for the krushers and non of those carry cardboard boxes too carry them in. The woman taking the order hardly greeted and couldn't understand some of the orders. The customer before me ordered a burger with a extra slice of cheese on and the slice came in a salad plastic. Please can you see that orders are too get out faster and that they have the right equipment.
