TOLD TO USE DRIVE THROUGH SI I CAN BE TOKD IT'S CLOSED

KFC Ennerdale Last night 27/08/2020 me and my husband drive to KFC Ennerdale by the Metropolitan Centre at about 7:41.

When we go to the door they informed us they are closed for inside orders and we must use the drive through. Went to the drive through line which was already packed with cars.. Waited patiently for our turn then when we were almost at the window at 8:16 because of the long line we heard the gentleman in front shouting. Only to find they were letting us drive through so they can tell us again they closed..

There was a long line of cars behind them and we asked the manager why were we told to drive through when you knew you are closed.

The lady was so rude, refused to give us her name and worst of all there's no sign of new opening and closing times. All the manager said is don't we know there's Corona shops close when they want.

To top it off that same KFC has staff who doesn't even comply with C-19 regulations. You walk in there and have to ask them for sanitizer and they just look at you as if you asking them for a kidney.

BAD SERVICE KFC ENNERDALE! I'M SO DISSAPOINTED! PRINT THE OPENIBG AND CLOSING TIMES INSTEAD OF SAYING PEOPLE MUST DRIVE THROUGH SO YOU CAN JUST SAY IT'S CLOSED!
