**** "Toilet out of service" sign.

The KFC on cnr Charl Cilliers and Mbonani Mayisela Street next to the Total garage has for the past year been having "plumbing issues". They have a sign that says their toilets aren't working and placed a chair outside the door to deny paying customers access to the restroom. When you do somehow gain access to the loo the staff becomes belligerent and rude as if you're trespassing or brocken some sacred law. On the numerous times that I have been able to outwit their prying overly protective eyes I have found that the toilet is in perfect condition, no leakages, blockages or any plumbing problem. I do not think that the people working there know the implication of denying people access to the loo, proper training needs to take place because even if there were issues with the the toilet it shouldn't take this long to be resolved after management has reported the issue.
