To say the least ......Disgusting, absolutely disgusting not even my dog (if i had one here) would eat the food i was sneakely given inside a box hidden under under my chips and a pile of serviettes. Managemnet to cotact me ASAP ***

Thursday night, had a busy day... so i thought i would go get some KFC... so i went to the drive through close to Mooi Rivier mall only to find thay had no burgers nor chips, so i did a detour and went too the other KFC where i was told there was no food available so i then went to the KFC at Die Bult. Once inside i asked what was available i was told there was only two types of burgers and nothing else. One burger which is the one i chose was the DOUBLE CRUNCH BURGER! Wooohooo....lucky me. So i ordered it and went next door to Chicken licken and got two pieces of chicken which were delicious by the way. they served me up and i paid in less then 5 minutes. i then went and sat in my car for a while as i had checked and my food still wasnt ready at KFC. After a bit of waiting i went back in and collected my food and was super excited to get home and eat this lovely Double Crunch burger Meal.

To say the least ......Disgusting, absolutely disgusting not even my dog (if i had one here) would eat the food i was sneakely given inside a box under my chips and a pile of serviettes, put into a brown kfc bag tightly wrapped, im thinking that obviously the lady serving me was hoping i wouldnt look inside. I will be posting pictures on Facebook, Hello Peter and taking this further. I mean i was charged R75.90 and what i recieved was not a burger but a folded wrap with some nasty looking black chicken inside.

This is totally unacceptable, i myself work in the catering industry and would never ever even think of doing this to a customer especially somone who frequents their specific shop.

I want managemnet to cotact me ASAP ***.
