To lazy to fill an ice cream machine

<p>It's Sunday evening in CAPE town and all we wanted after the hundreds of brands we spend at mc McDonalds and KFC was an ice cream on this hot evening. I get there and the excuse I get is the ice cream machine just broke. No out of order sign up or apology. I think.it's just laziness and the staff don't want to assist even though it's part of their job to fill a ice cream machine. The mc Donaldson and fix not even 50meters apart say the same thing. Not the first time for bad service from McDonalds Ottery and lying about stock. Previous example like corn for the kids meal. Pure laziness</p>
