to busy to make sure

This is becoming on ongoing habit of where I have ordered food through the drive thru at your branch near the virgin active on Hill street and There is always something missing, It ranges from chicken wings to the dipping sauses in your fun do buckets. Apparently these staff don't know your menu or are just lazy to put the items into the packet. Why not just make life easier for them and have the condiments into ready made up packets with lables. It is the expierince that is making it unpleasant to get food from you. I am beginning to think its a better idea to just go across the road to nandos just because there is better service!
