Time to name and shame KFC Glen Acres for its poor quality of food and service!

If you know the managers name by heart, you know the service is ****!

The service and food at KFC Glen acres shopping centre in Kempton Park is the worst!

We have now had it! Chips are always cold, old chicken and they have no idea what customer service is all about! It is so noisy inside that you cannot hear yourself think! We have had to drive back to the shop more than 5 times in the last 2 months. There is always an issue. It’s a good night if we get what we ordered! You order a Dunked All Star meal and you either get a dirty box full of sauce or there is no sauce at all! The. You have to then try and get it down with a Coca Cola Zero, which you did not order…in fact, you paid extra for an Original Coke!

I am disgusted in this franchise! Train your staff!
