Time is not important

Went to the KFC drive thru at the Branch in Klipfontein Road, Cape town (Right oposite the Athlone Stadium).

This must have been the Worst Drive thru experiance i ever had!!!

They do not take orders from the Voice box, they do not take Payment by Window 1. The have all their Customers drive to the Last window ( Pickup Window ) , you place your order there, Pay for it and you wait for it.

Does management even know the kind of waiting time this adds to the Queue?? They do not seem to Care.

Yet you see 3 to 4 people walking with Headsets on. For what? you telling people on the voice box to come to the last window.

this is the Only KFC i ever been to that does this.

Pathetic Service and Waste of time. I ended up leaving the Queue befor getting to last window as 30min had past already.

If you love wasting time, then go to this Circus branch.
