Time??

I just drove out of KFC Pretoria west after waiting for my order for almost 30 min. I purchased food at 9:46 at their drive through,and only after paying I was told I have to wait 10 minutes for part of my order and I should park to side. 20 minutes later, the order has not arrived, 5 minutes later the person who gives out the order calls me from the window telling me that I should come get my order. I rep**** by saying bring the order, what is the point of going through the drive through if I still have to step out of my car to collect my order. Thinking that I didn't hear him, he tells his colleagues that this guy doesn't want to collect his order. He puts the order aside and continues with other customers. After waiting for another 5 min, I finally went into the shop and demanded my money back. With out any appology, they took the slip, went on to the back and gave me my money. KFC needs to teach its people client service, what the point of opening a drive through if I have to still get out of my car to collect an order. Deal with your people
