Till offline

As I went to the KFC drive-thru in Bela-Bela on Sunday 12 November 2017, there were no krushers available or the new salted caramel sundae. I then ordered 2 soft twirls and 1 sprinkle pops, only to come to the first window to pay, the employee said that her till went offline, I have to pay at the next window. The staff were chatting with one another, and after a while the lady said that the “till is offline” I have to wait 5 minutes for it before they can help me. I feel this is unacceptable.
