Throwing of food after waiting for an order.

I am a big supporter of KFC or was a big supporter of KFC after what happened to me at Dude so after I accidentally thrown my receipt away to collect my order i got attached by the one of the cashier she literally through the food on me when I asked her why she said it's because there was nothing she can do, she laughed at me saying am stressed I should get out off her face I really don't see myself buying KFC anymore not because of its food simply because of stuff member worse management told me they can't do anything. ??
