Thornton KFC should close down

Placed an order at the drive thru window. Kfc Thornton. 18h31. 2x Allstar boxes. 1x fully loaded zinger and 1 x colonel burger. I paid they gave the 3 x buddy cokes and asked me to wait infront as they need to make the zinger 7min. I proceeded to the front to wait. 14min later the lady came out and almost gave our food to the wrong client, I questioned her about Covid protocol, that client took on the paperbag!!!! . Please view camera. She then goes back inside and then comes out to our car. She asks for my slip and checks and says it's all there. My mom and I drove home to Eersteriver. We get home, wash our hands as we are getting ready to eat. The untidy packaging, I saw that there is something missing. I took a Pic of this Inedible food. I will report it to the Health Inspector. I called the store immediately and then they claim I can come back and they will replace. So I must drive back 30min in the dark, woman alone and fix Thorntons Mistakes... No way!!!! The supervisor Leticia called the manager Suleman and he says I must fetch the food replacement.... Wow just wow... What a darn clued up Manager.... I have spent R257, 60. Kfc Thornton has ****** us of having something to eat and has our Money. The owners should be ASHAMED OF THAT BRANCH...
