Thornton KFC needs to learn to pay attention

I go to the KFC in Thornton because it's literally down the road from where I live so it's supposed to be quite convenient. The last two times I've been there and ordered a streetwise two and asked them to give me a coleslaw instead of chips they kept getting it wrong. I always repeat that I don't want the chips but the coleslaw instead.. when you get to the collection window then they still ask to check the order..

They get so many chances to get it right!
