This story is ABSURD... but I swear it is TRUE!

Once again, was at KFC Tokai this evening, was passing and decided to buy the family a meal. Anyway, bought a 15 pce with coleslaw , again, asked for white sauce on the side... again. Was told, they cannot supply a container for the white sauce... they offered to "mix it with the coleslaw" which I obviously declined. HERE is where it became ABSURD. MY option. buy an extra coleslaw for R15, they will gladly dispose of the coleslaw in the container... then I have an empty container I paid R15 for... then all I have to do is pay R6 on top of that for a couple of clicks of whites sauce! Those people became VERY creative to help me out! And they even got to sell an extra coleslaw for R15. This is not actually the store in Tokai policy, It is the policy of KFC South Africa.... whereby you bring your own tupperware for sauce bought on the side. I have brought this to KFC head office attention before, they just refuse to respond... so obviously they are fully aware of the "no container" policy! KFC, you have a thing to learn from the likes of McDonalds!
