This lady gave me the most horrible service

We went to kfc Grobler street in Polokwane to buy food (2 street twos with pap and 4pieces plus 3mini loafs) we got our order then when we were leaving the counter we open to check the order only to find one soup has spilled so we took it back for them to change Molatelo gave us attitude and was also arguing with me,they took the food and went to the back came back and gave us the food,on our way out she screamed to her colegues so they all came out to see the car we driving (what kind of behavior is that to customers) on our arrival I took out the food only to find the pap had the spilled soup on it,I was very tired to drive back n also I was gonna waste petrol.I was not impressed by the manner and behavior. For all this I have pictures taken to back up my story, I couldn't attach? them unless there is an email address I can send the pictures to please send I will send them.
