This is *****ing KFC!

KFC Steve Biko in Pretoria... This is PATHETIC! I placed an order more than 3 hours ago and according to the app they are still preparing it... So I phoned because they are closing SOON, they don't answer the phone and place me on call forwarding... THIS IS *****ING!
