This is ridiculous

So we decided to eat KFC on a very cloudy and rainy day. It is the 20 January 2015 and we pull up in the KFC 24 hour drive thru in Campus Square Auckland Park. The staff was very friendly and it was quite busy, but because they are trained to not make such silly mistakes hence my frustration today. We ordered a 6 piece Family Treat (that came with 3 sides plus 2 large chips) with 1 portion hot wings, 1 portion small pops and 1 portion mash and gravy. We paid and went on our way. When it was time to eat, we realised there were no large chips, there was no mash and gravy, just 2 tubs of gravy and big chunks of white meat with no drum sticks and wings. I'm extremely unhappy with that and I feel that, if I'm to pay you the full amount, I should, in turn, get the full package. We were cheated.
