Think twice before placing order on the KFC APP

I placed an order at exactly 18:30 and the store is just 5min drive away, it was supposed to be delivered after 30min but surprisingly after 30min i track my order and it actually says completed and it shows under history but im still waiting for the food....i call the store in kempton park and they say they will check where the driver is, after few min they say the order is still at the shop no driver yet.... An hour later i get a call from customer service " sorry your order cannot be delivered due to rainy weather" seriously wft!!!! Why was tge delivery option not locked then? Anyway the worse is that its too late to cook now and i dont have money to order elsewhere nd kfc is busy telling mee there's nothing i can do to get my money immediately, i will get it after 5 - 10 days... Sleeping on empty stomach, thanks to the pathetic S# service!!!!!!!!!
