Order was placed and paid for on the app at Gatemax Umhlanga last week Friday. At 19.03 order was place. 1 hour later it was canceled for no reason. This is disgusting and disappointing from KFC. I was promised a refund but a week has gone by with nothing. Kfc you are *******. Stole money from my account and never delivered my food. Now you don't want to pay me back. I'm sick of phoning and sending you emails. Even spoke to a manager Verquelene who promised to call back but its been 1 week with no feedback. Pathetic service. Such rogues. Spoke to 2 agents Nomfundo and Ashley who also could not help. Such *********** staff and disgusting services. Always cutting the calls and keeping me on hold until I cut it off
