Ordered kfc on 7th December for delivery from long street to Loop str, anyone who knows Cape Town knows its a stone throw away. It said my order will arrive in 30 mins, 10 mins before it was to be delivered my order was canceled. I paid via card and all I got was a text saying I'll be refunded. ****ing disgusting service firstly. Then for a fine cheek you refund me less than you were supposed to on the 11th of Jan. Not only did I have to wait DAYS to get my money but it's less than I paid. What ****ing **** is this? Do you people think we work hard so you can ***** from us? I EXPECT TO BE CONTACTED BY SOMEONE SENIOR AND BE PREPARED! IF I'M NOT CONTACTED, I SWEAR TO YOU I'LL TAKE THIS FURTHER.
