They take your money but not your order??

I placed an order on the KFC app for collection at Waterstone Village KFC (to save time) when I got to there noone knew about the order and it didn’t reflect on my app. I spoke to the manager who was on the phone to try to figure what is going on. After waiting for half an hour without anyone knowing what is happening I told them to cancel everything. I will now have to take this up with my bank to have the charges reversed. WHY HAVE AN APP WHEN NOTHING WORKS AND NONE OF YOUR STAFF KNOW WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON???? You have definitely lost my business in future!
