They spoiled my daugther' s birthday night celebration

Very very disappointing service. I bought 8pc Family treat meal and sides via urber eat yesterday evening as we were celebrating my daughter's birthday.Upon delivery the order was missing zinger wings which is the portion we enjoy the most in this meal. I immediately notified the store telephonically where I ended up talking to the person who claimed to have packed my order and was so sure that they included the zinger wings. I spent almost 10 minutes of aitime with her seeming not to believe what Im telling her. Eventually she shockingly asked what is it that I wanted to happened. Of course I paid full amount for my order and I wanted to have my supper as planned. She doubtedly committed to resend the urber driver to deliver....so until now I am still waiting . This shows no customer care and they dont even see s need to at least give me call to update me or bring my refund. Terrible service
