THEY ONLY DELIVER IN GATEWAY BUT TOOK MY DETAILS

I am so annoyed right now with the Gateway KFC!! I placed an order with them at 10.30 today and the cashier Nonthando took down my order and I am outside gateway at Ridgeside nothing was told to me about where they deliver at that time, I called back at 11.40pm to find out about my order and the dam manager answer and tells me that they do not deliver outside gateway?? What the hell why is he telling me this after such a long wait and couldn't call me earlier I could have called else where? It was not even polite or apologetic about it and kept on telling me I need to call the crescent, I placed an order for about R394 and that did not matter!! This is how we customer get service at KFC!! <br> <br> My other query is that I order 16 mega deals and no where it states that we cannot choose the piece that we wanted and he was so adamant that we could not get any side breast with the mega deal special? Where is it written that we cannot choose the piece we want? <br> <br> Ridiculous Service!!
