they Dont want to refund

Good day

I ordered a Meal on the the 7th of December when I get to the Restaurant it was literally closed

I called the same day I was told I will be refunded in 3 working days till to date nothing

I called more than 5 times I was told they awaiting for the eyethu mall to refund me

Does it take a whole month to be refunded R130?
