They don't refund

I made an online order on the 3rd of April from the kfc app to be delivered from maponya kfc, after an hour I called the store to find out about the order, the manager told me they haven't got my order because of network problem. He promised me a voucher which I never got uptonow, I called the customer service which kept me waiting upto now also saying they investigating the matter. The service is so pathetic its a hustle to get a refund from kfc, what I can say is don't order from their online app if you need peace. KFC am still waiting for my refund for the oder I didn't get but money was deducted from my account. Will never order from you again.
