They don't explain the backlog and you wait on the queue for hours without explanation

I had a tyre puncher and had to grab breakfast there on my wait for the car to be fixed. They kept me there waiting for 30 min to 45 min without any explanation of their backlog. I did not enjoy the food it came cold and customer service is missing a lot
