They are doing it right!!
<p>I am an avid supporter of KFC and regularly complain about BAD service and products not being up to standard. In this instance I would like to say KFC the Reeds, "well done guys!". From the lady mopping the floor to the lady serving up my order, what a fantastic customer centric experience! Keep up the good attitude.</p>
