Their service sucked...

Their service sucked , not only did I waste money on travelling there , I still didn’t get my food after waiting 45+ min First of all I was not told that the chicken had a waiting period and I was told I was not allowed to make a chicken choice because of the time we came , I made my order at 22:03 and this communication was made at 22:40 , they then offered to refund me , if I wasn’t able to wait for an extra 15 minutes , when I tried to get them to call me their manager the workers started singing and there was no response for about 5 min , barre in mind i came here with an uber that was a return trip , I took a video of this , the manager did not pitch , I called the number on my slip and to find out the manger isn’t in store so I was not helped at all , Im beyond disappointed because this was gonna be my family’s dinner , Im so disappointed This was at KFC Sanbury
