Their service is terrible and unprofessional

I was so disappointed and annoyed

I normally buy food at KFC Piet Ritief 2 /Mkhondo all the time when I'm driving from Johannesburg to my home time Richard's Bay But the service I always received is so terrible On the 27 of July 2023 I waited 3 hours for food in drive thru, around 12am When you order they don't when inform that you going to wait 1 to 3 hours, you just yourself stacked on the que when you can't even go out or cancel.

Today the 15 August I've been waiting for an hour now just for Fold Over just imagine, I've never seen something like this in my life This shop must be closed this can't happen

I send an email to KFC last week and gave them all information, this week they said they can't do anything because I didn't send them all information just imagine
