The worst service I have ever received at KFC Mount Edgecomb Plaza

Yesterday, myself, my fiance and my mother went to the KFc mount edgecomb plaza fast-food outlet and ordered 2 buckets of chicken both 9 pieces each. We wait for an hour and when I went to ask the lady in front what was going on she gave me the worst attitude and told me she was waiting for the chicken and there was nothing she could do about it. This was a lie because she was packing for her Mr Delivery Buddies who she was flirting with infront of the customers by the way. This lady could not be bothered by my frustration and anger and she said to me that she was the manager on duty and looked at me as if I was crazy when I called out her service. She was rude and I am never going to that KFC again. I contacted a lady who was showing as one of her managers display in the store and she said she will address the matter and that she will get back to me. I have not yet received any feedback from her after giving her all my details. I'm never using that KFC again, everyone in the shop was complaining.
