The worst service from an unfriendly Cashier. Went to buy food during loadshedding at KFC Viljoenskroon, knowing that they are an ideal place to buy during that time. Was assisted by a Cashier who does not even greet. Looks like she had a bad day and wanted to take her frustration out on me. When I placed my order, she helped until I had to pay, only then she told me I need to have cash. How do you assist clients who uses their cards to pay and now we are send away to go and withdraw money, which is an additional cost on my account just to buy food. I went to get Cash and also came back to finish my order. To my surprise I had to start the line over and mind you I only had 10min left to eat. I left the shop really disappointed and disgusted.
