The worst service ever from kfc hillcrest

I had the worst service from hillcrest kfc I ordered food online at exactly 15:26 and I waited for over an hour. Then I decided to call the store my food was still in store and the manager all she could say is she is sorry and she will investigate. I only received my food at 16:35 and they were cold. I’m so disappointed. Debbie
