The worst service and very bad attitude.

KFC at Namakgale crossing is the worst retuarant I have ever been in my entire life, I placed an order for the Tuesday special went out for a very short time, when I came back to collect my order I was told that it was given to someone else. When I tried to understand why some lady by the name of Patricia or something told me where to get off, she told me that she has every right to give away my order and there is nothing that I can do, I can take this matter anywhere I want and nothing will happen. Her attitude is very stinking xe deserves to stay at home or back office, front line a total NO. She was not remorseful or sympathetic at all instead she kept on acting like it's her territory. As a client I expected their apology and remedy for their inconvenience they have caused or my refund not their very very very bad attitude. I would never recommend that KFC to anyone.
