The worst service and unhealthy

I bought a Chocolate sunday for R17.90 at The Bellville branch on Bellville station. To my horror, I had received a half cup of ice-cream (if it was even that) and what was suppose to look like chocolate sauce. Now I know I cannot compare but I will. Fridays offers 3 -4 times as much for their tub of ice-cream and here KFC who's supposed to be one of the top well known fast foods you can go to. I cringe everytime I see a KFC and hate myself for buying when there is no other choice or pressed for time. What happened to you QUALITY, WARM CUSTOMER SERVICE, WANTING TO GET THAT DONATION FOR HOPE, CLEANLINESS. I wish I was a Surprise shopper. You would definitely have had the worst reveiw from me. Its almost like some of them might wven be ****** (sorry but true and I have experienced this). Coloureds and whites would get less ice-cream, no sauces or salts(we need to ask for them), service and not smile. Just everything down the toilet. And thoughs who are not white and coloured gets the best maximum services. So there you go. And just like bellville, please be careful on KFC in Adderley street. Their chicken is over cooked. It looks like they cut off of the chicken and both of them are filthy and has no security. And when they are visible then they are sitting or talking or on their phones.
