THE WORST KFC YOU CAN EVER GO TO

a friend and i went to the KFC at Brixton on the 2nd Of November and we ordered the New Popcorn Caramel Sundae. we go there at 2 and then realized it was already 20 mins that had passed and we hadn't received the ice-cream. we then queried it with the lady at the cashier who kept saying we going to get the caramel upstairs. another 5 mins has passed and we decided to call the manager HAKIM who was absolutely rude and has no manner in speaking to a client customer. the lady then decided to fill the ice-cream and popcorn and give it to us with NO CARAMEL. i mean we paying for the caramel and she thought she could pass it off to us without us noticing a thing. we then requested our money back and HAKIM who is the rudest manager came and gave us our money and did not even apologise or anything. WE didnt come to KFC to get ****** and i wouldn't want anyone to eat there again as not only the food but the staff and the manager is disgusting people to deal with. the service at this KFC is PATHETIC and they UTTERLY RUDE AND work in SLOW MOTION!!!!!!
