The worst KFC in the country

This is the second time I have been treated so badly at KFC.

First time I ordered from the app. When we wanted to fetch the order the branch did not receive the order. We had to phone customer, were told to go back to the branch the order is ready. Again after a little arguing we gat the order just to get home to see it's wrong we ordered burgers not chicken. Again we went back to argue to get the right order.

Today we just wanted some ice cream. The cups were half full. When I confronted them we were told that's what you get.

Pathetic service 1star is very generous
