The worst experience at KFC

Good day. I had a very Bad experience at KFC ,the staff was'nt friendly the one lady at the drink section her name,is Lee-Ann she gave my husband the most ugliest attitude we could clearly see she wasn't trained for the job.we had a huge problem with the food it wasn't fresh it also looked like it was thrown into the boxes the food was cold there were no gas in the cool drinks Promenade KFC is the worst I will never ever go back to KFC again we had the most unpleasant time at KFC.please train your stuff and always have fresh food to serve.
