The worst experience

I bought a bucket for one and requested a thigh , not KFC deciding on my behalf I should have breast instead K don't even eat breast, I usually check my order before I leave and ask the person giving me the order to please check this time the lady that assisted me she said she cannot handle the food and hold it my concern was If I hold it would they take it back if it's incorrect which could not answered because I know it's unhygienic for the next person and the people who've helped me in the past have always had gloves, anyway I only had chips and the zinger wings I did not have the breast and thought maybe it won't be bad but I could not even digest it , I'm not happy with the service at all.
