the worst customer service

Worst customer service ever, every time i visit the Orlando (Soweto) KFC branch i know for a fact i will walk out angry, either my order has not been placed correct or i get the order wrong, over all of that the staff has got the worst customer service.

I have recently sent an email to KFC head office and all i got was that the recently tried to get ahold of me with no success, so i called them back to let the know i could not talk at that moment they promised to called be later that day which was the past Saturday and i guess i am still waiting. I am really disappointment to see that one gets the same treatment even from head off staff of which should be maintaining better customer service. Really disappointed
