the worst customer experience from kfc gatemax

oh my god so i went and bought food on my launch at the kfc in umhlanga called kfc gatemax next to coastal hotel i paid for my food so they had issues with the speed point the lady **** that payment declined when i saw it didn't i ended up waiting a hour was told come back in the next 48 hours did they said payment still didn't reflect took me going there two weeks till they realised payment reflected they just gave me my money no sorry no complimentary meal no nothing the manager is the worst just cause I'm black they didn't care im so angry
