The third time in a row KFC failes to get order right

How difficult is it to train personnel? KFC Vanderbijlpark SW5 is defnitaly haveing big troubles doing so. We have had many problems with this specific branch. First there is no ice cream, not having cups for cappuccinos, don' t have chocolate sauce for cream ball (and sometimes put other sauce on or even half the sauce they usually give), then they don't take card and quite a few wrong orders. The last three times was the worst. We got all 3 orders in a row wrong. Then the que is so long I am not going back to exchange because there was a reason I came to the drive through. To save time! KFC will have to improve to win this customer back.
