The sundae ends where the cup ends.

So i just came from kfc, i wanted a plain sundae, i get the sundae and its just above the half way mark of the cup. I the tell lady that she needs to fill the cup up because what she's just offered me is a cone in a cup...i even referred her to some of per the advertising pictures to show her how a sundae is supposed to be. I explained to her that I cannot be buying a sundae and be getting the same amount of ice cream as i get in a cone, she then insisted that i should ignore the lid of the cup as the sundae ends where the cup ends. I then told her to take the sundae because she was going on and on while filling it up and now the entire kitchen was looking at us.I know this really sounds petty but im TIRED of the incompetence and arrogance of some of the staff there, they just dont care! Sometimes you'll go to the drive thru and they'll tell you that they're offline, yet the other tills inside are working. I expect to get value for my money, i wont be ********** because of lazy people!!!!! I would really appreciate if you could explain to the staff that the difference in the price of a sundae and a cone indicates that the sundae is meant to have MORE ICE CREAM that the cone!!!!
