The stuff is not friendly and the meat is not full cooked and the chips are stail

I have a huge problem with the stuff the attitude and they don't even meet our needs I brought a bracket for one Saturday,the meet was raw and had blood in it they didn't even give me the piece iv asked for,the service is bad u wait for long especially for us working around the mall our lunch is limited. The stuff should change their attitude it is really really bad. My order number was 147 if I remember well I am a regular customer but the treatment am getting am even not considering going there anymore.
