The status of my order is a mess, the mash n gravy has spilled, the burger is spilled with sauces, i am not happy at all

04 Sept 2026, 17:30Is this how your managers at the KFC motor city in Pretoria menlyn work?I phoned since nobody bothered to call me back and a lady picked up my call and asked me to WhatsApp me my location so they can prepare me fresh and presentable food, and eventually I asked for a refund and asked her to send a driver to come pick up the food to my surprise she said I can keep the food, and she asked for my account details for a refund which I did since I asked for a refund. What shocked me the most is when she send me pop with the reference "enjoy my money" I am beyond shocked
