The Rudeness of KFC Gugulethu Staff

An online order was placed for delivery. Delivery time: 14h13. At 14h17 I called the store as I could see that the driver was still instore. I had hoped to ensure that the correct order would be delivered. I was met by a very rude lady by the name of Thandi. She initially had no idea as to what I was talking about I elaborated saying the driver is instore, have you packed the order with the correct specifications required. She said the order is with the driver and that the driver is currently in-store. The driver was not on their way out but rather just in-store. She confirmed my order and advised that they would amend it. Not before dropping the phone, she muttered that I was an annoyance for wanting to amend said order with the correct piece of chicken. That was the single most amendment requested. ' I was taken aback by her rude nature. I then called the store back once again to confirm whether said change had been made. She was yelling from across the counter, very rudely, in vernac, that they are taking apart the packaging and that I would need to wait as per her request. I was in no way hastening her, however, her rude nature and appalling behaviour and tone has lead me to this review and I would like to know what exactly is going to be done by this establishment, for not only this conduct, but the initial lateness of my order. My order was late with no apology even when I was on the phone. I find the behaviour of this Sis Thandi quite horrific. She was rude, irritated and frustrated for someone who is client facing. On top of that, the delivery lady hoots. She has the number, she can make a call but she prefers to hoot! Why!!?? ORDER 111242
