The Rude Manager

I brought 2 KFC dunked burgers meals on 14 September 2018 KFC farmyard polokwane. The services was very slow. Only to get home to find that the drinks poured in our cups it's soda water. I didn't drink. In the morning I returned it n asked the manager to drink from the cup. Only for the manager to be so rude ? to me. She said I can go report her n she won't refund or give me a voucher. I suggested to get another meal cuz I didn't get to enjoy it. She said forget not at this KFC. I Called the KFC customer service on 15 September 2018 case 398757 Nothing as been done about the bad service I received from the manager herself.
