The Pavilion KFC - Disappointed Customer

Good Day

Firstly I would like to say that I work in retail myself, For me customer experience is everything.

First I ordered 2 meals.

First the person at the till said there is no mash and gravy for the streetwise one and she can give me chips or pap instead. I said no problem I take the chips. When I received my meal there was no roll. I called a guy who had just opened a draw full of rolls, when I asked him for my roll he said there was no roll in stock! He verified with the tell and another lady but they all stuck to the same theres no rolls but I had just seen rolls. Anyway a 3rd person kindly gave me a mash and gravy.

So I am so confused because I was told no mash and gravy and then given, I was told no roll but saw for myself a drawer with rolls! How do you guys operate?

Secondly I also ordered a zinger burger, When I get to my place to eat its a colonel burger.
